1.Prepare for the next day.

Before you jump into bed, make sure you get things ready for the next day. For example, if you have school or work the next day, put everything you need in your backpack or bag so that you do not have to do that in the morning. Also, pick out your outfit the night before so you don’t spend hours doing it in the morning! That automatically gives you one less thing to do.
