Research says that adults should get at least 6-7 hours of sleep each night. (Kids should get 8-10 hours of sleep.) Sleep is the body’s way of recharging the energy you used throughout the day. Not getting enough sleep will make you feel tired when you wake up in the morning because your body is not fully charged. There are plenty of sleep cycle apps that will help you keep track and make sure you are getting the correct amount of sleep that you need.
