When you wake up, do something that will help you relax for just five minutes. Even if it is going through your social media, watching a youtube video, reading, or just laying in bed. Take five minutes to yourself and acknowledge the possible challenges that the day could bring you so that you’ll be ready to conquer them. Then, when you feel ready, get up and start your day!
