Fashion for a Cause 0 1708

Fashion for a Cause, hosted by the Miss Philippines USA organization was filled with a lively night of entertainment. The fashion extravaganza showcased Carl Andrada’s collection, Philippine costumes with a modern twist, utilizing the diverse Musk fabric which is derived from banana fiber. The girls also modeled trendy outfits from Dani Price and formal gowns embellished with detailed appliqué from Lou Razon.

This year’s event was hosted by the two beautiful talents from BFF LA TV, Noreen Lanie and Chasity Jean and featured performances from Fil-Am artist Michael KeithZupa Nova and Bailey and Sixth-Sense from Rising Stars Performing Arts.

Proceeds from the fundraising event will benefit the charitable works of ALQ, the Alexis Louise Quiza Foundation. It’s a grassroots nonprofit organization, which was founded to provide help and resources to children and their families to thrive and better their lives. They promote family-oriented solutions and advocate for family economic security. Organized and based in Los Angeles, ALQ is governed by a Board of Directors of diverse backgrounds who are committed in advancing their mission.

As every Miss Philippines USA must be a diplomat of goodwill and a champion of noteworthy advocacies, “Fashion for a Cause” will certainly serve as a perfect springboard for this year’s candidates to experience how beauty, and fashion, can be utilized for a truly meaningful cause.

Miss Philippines USA will be held at The Grove of Anaheim on November 21, 2021.
